Barfußpfad aus Tennisbällen - selbstgemacht

Für alle Hallensportler und Indoorfreaks haben wir hier eine kleine Alternative, sich einen Barfußpfad selbst zu gestalten.
Du brauchst: eine alte Gymnastikmatte, ein Teppichmesser bzw. Schere, Heißklebepistole und... Tennisbälle = jede Menge davon!
Zerschneide die Bälle hälftig, gerne in unterschiedlichen Stärken. Also nicht unbedingt gleichmäßig dick schneiden sondern auch nur mal die Kappe abtrennen.
Diese Hälften klebe beliebig unregelmäßig mit der Heißklebepistole auf die Gymnastikmatte. Innerhalb von Sekunden klebt der Ball bombenfest auf der Matte.
Die Ballhälften haben die richtige Härte, um einerseits der Fußsohle ein Feedback zu geben und um mit den Zehen kräftig hinein zu greifen.
Wir haben auch zwei Igelbälle eingebaut, dessen Stacheln ein weiteres interessantes Feedback geben.
